Terms and Conditions...

Payment:

BPC accepts payment for a selection of goods via our webshop, using PayPal to handle credit card and debit card processing. You may also pay for any of our goods by sending a cheque to BPC payable for the full amount including postage.

Postage:

BPC use a variety of services including: Royal Mail Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm, Parcel Force 48, and Night Freight.

We will decide which service is the most mutually suitable on a per-order basis. Customers can request a quicker delivery service, however this may be subject to an additional fee.

Postage for most of our equipment is priced at 16% total order value for UK orders. International orders will be subject to a surcharge on top of the standard 16%. International customers are responsible for settling any customs charges.

Warranty:

Unless otherwise stated, all our products are subject to a one year return-to-base warranty. If your product develops a defect during this time please email us.

The way in which we service a faulty item depends on the period of time since receipt:

  • If the item is found to be faulty within 28 days of recipt then BPC will automatically replace the item with a new unit.
  • If an item is found to be faulty after 28 days of receipt, BPC will, at our discretion, either replace or repair the item.

Warranty repairs are conditional, the item must be in its original condition and must not have been misused or modified. Faulty items which show signs of misuse or are defective due to accidental damage will not be repaired and you must pay all delivery expenses. The item must be returned to us via a traceable postal service. All responsibility for the product remains with the customer until it has arrived with us. If a faulty item meets the above conditions then BPC will pay the cost of delivering the repaired/replaced item to you.

Returns:

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you may return any goods to us within a period of 7 days from receipt for a full refund. You must pay the cost of returning the item to us and then BPC will have a period of 30 days in which to issue a refund.

If you wish to return an unwanted product for refund or credit after 7 days please be aware that we charge a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return you must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition, with no signs of use.
  • Product must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date, at your expense, via an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery).
  • All included items such as adapters and leaflets must be returned.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included.
  • Items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transport.
  • A clear return address must be on the outside of the parcel.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received in error. Should you encounter problems with the items you have purchased, please email us for support.

Out Of Stock Items:

In the event that we take an order for items which are not currently in stock, we will contact you via telephone or email as soon as possible and let you know when we expect to be able to send out your goods. If the goods can not be sourced within a reasonable time then BPC will issue a full refund.

Product Liability:

The maximum product liability to BPC arising from any product sold via any means shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall BPC, its owner, employees, or agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against BPC shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy:

We will only use the personal information you provide us to service your order and respond to your requests. Your information will not be shared/sold/distributed to other third-party companies.

Errors:

While we strive to provide accurate pricing and information, errors may occur and we offer no guarantee of accuracy. We will honour pricing errors to the best of our ability but do not guarantee it. We will contact you in the event that a pricing error does occur with your order.

VAT (Value Added Tax):

We are not a VAT registered company, and as such cannot issue VAT receipts.

Security:

For your protection we do not keep records of your card details, all card processing is handled by PayPal who provide secure transactions.
